Beloved husband of the late Stephanie Perozak (nee Samitz), loving father of Michael, Stephan, and Ivanna, dear brother of the late Helen Smindak, adoring grandfather to Kassondra, Sascha, Matthew, Joseph, and Nicholas, and cherished friend of Nancy Pavlakovic. Morris dedicated half a century to the legal profession, opening a private law practice in 1959 and later partnering with Winchie and Lennon. As a lawyer, he was known as a fearless advocate, tirelessly hardworking, and demonstrated unwavering civility to everyone he met. He was appointed a Provincial Court Judge in 1982, retiring in 2007. Morris was a leader in the Hamilton community in countless volunteer capacities (Rotary Club, Probus Club, Hamilton Law Association, Ukrainian National Federation, and Ukrainian Professional Business Club).
