MARILYN LOUISE CRAM Passed away March 7, 2021. 'In the Mystery of every season, may you discover with passion and share with compassion'. MC Marilyn born June 12,1951 Kindersley, SK, Toronto 1951-1954, Port Arthur til 1966 to Chilliwack. Predeceased by parents, Betty and Gord Cram and Nephew Trevor Nelmes. Survived by siblings Don (Esther) Cram, Marcia (Doug) Wright, Heather (Gord) Leyen and stepmom Annette Cram and Aunt Betty. Marilyn was proud of her nieces and nephews: Lori (Joel), Daniel (Esther), Jodi (Norm), Jeremiah (Cherie), Andre, Grant (Nicole), Shane (Cadence) and Max. The Great N's - Conor, Tyson, Cameron, Zhayra, Lily, Sage, Christianna, Evangelique', Ethan, Wyatt, Maya and Anastasia. Many dear friends and family that enriched her life. Karl Ricker became her devoted companion into her challenging later years. Swim instructor and grad Chwk, UBC grad in PT/OT. Practiced Vancouver, Prince George area CARS and Chilliwack private and public practice, Student Services in School Dist 33 were fulfilling, incredible connections with many children until retirement 2011. Worked for CMH early 80's, igniting her love of the mountains. Her home mountain, Mt. Baker with her dad and mom. A water baby forever, dipping in glacial pools, rivers, lakes and oceans. Numerous adventures, short or long, she gave her all, walking, hiking, biking, trekking, incredible skiier, ski touring, climbing, canoeing and kayaking. Welcomed all to her home. Enjoyed garden, neighbourhood, sewing, spinning, keyboard, all forms of art, music and cultural experiences, including Indigenous, learning about nature, just too many things to list. Member of Chilliwack Outdoors Club, BCMC, Alpine Club of Canada and Nature Chilliwack. Her strong faith exemplified love, kindness, sharing, volunteering and forgiveness. Carman United Church was her indoor place of worship and nature was her outdoor place with God. Marilyn had a wonderful life filled with fulfilling friendships and so many adventures, Alzheimers had extinguished her bright eyes and wonderful smile. Thank goodness for the continued love and support from so many dear friends and family. Thank You to ALL the caring staff at Heritage Village, where she resided the last 3 years.
