Peacefully at home surrounded by family on Wednesday March 31st 2021. Beloved husband of Rosa (49 years). Loving father of Sandra (Tony), John (Annette), and Pat (Tanya). Cherished nonno of Salvatore, Alessandra, Santino, Victoria, Giuliana, and Daniella. Will be lovingly remembered by his brothers Joe (late Mafalda), Mariano (Maria), sister Clementina (late Frank). Predeceased by his brothers Peter, and Gene (Sue) and sisters Teresa (Angelo), and Norina. Ottorino will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family, friends, and colleagues. Ottorino will be remembered as an entrepreneur, his love of bocce, and gardening. He was a long-time member of the Oshawa Italian Recreational Club, and his love and dedication to his grandchildren will always be cherished. Visitation was held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive Oshawa (905) 440 3595 on Monday, April 5th from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., with Parish Prayers at 3:00 p.m. A funeral mass was held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 6th at St. Terese Roman Catholic Church in Courtice.
