Candace DOWNEY

CANDACE DOWNEY It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Candace (Dacie) Downey on December 4, 2021. She died peacefully in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. Candace was born in 1944 in Pembroke, Ontario. She spent many years in Toronto before moving to Vancouver to be close to her children. She is predeceased by her parents, Dr. and Mrs. W.L. Higginson, and husband, Donn Downey. She will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed
